She has built and leads global business initiatives\, serves as SHRM faculty\, and previously served on the SHRM Board at HRVA. Anastasia is also an executive coach with Blanchard\, bringing a practical\, real-world perspective on career growth\, leadership\, and transformation. \nQuestions for discussion: \n– What shift are you currently navigating in your career or business — and what makes it challenging to fully own it? \n– Think of a time when you successfully moved an idea forward.
