Village Launch Market Back for Fourth Season
The Village Launch Market returns to West Greenville this Saturday, May 4, continuing its support for women- and minority-owned startups.
Doing business in #StartupGVL is a breeze, now even more so thanks to a new air carrier.
On January 23, Breeze Airways announced non-stop service from Greenville/Spartanburg International Airport (GSP) to five major U.S. hubs: Los Angeles, Orlando, Tampa, Hartford and Providence, starting in May.
“It gives better access for people seeking to invest money in the City of Greenville,” said City Councilor John DeWorken. “Doing that will secure our financial vitality for the future.”
Additional flights will give #StartupGVL founders direct access to key innovation hubs in the Northeast and West Coast.
“We know we have companies that are in these markets that want to bring their business to Greenville,” said City Councilor Dorothy Dowe. “So having this ease of transportation – especially to our beautiful, convenient GSP airport – is very exciting for current and future prospects.”

A new live music venue will bring tunes and investment to Greenville’s West End.
