Customer discovery is one of the most talked about steps in building a startup, but it’s also one of the easiest to rush or get wrong.
Join Elaine Chung for an interactive, in-person workshop designed to help founders slow down, ask better questions, and build a deeper understanding of their customer.
This session goes beyond theory. You’ll start with a hands-on activity that highlights why customer discovery matters in the first place, followed by foundational frameworks on how to approach conversations, what to listen for, and how to avoid common blind spots. From there, you’ll put it into practice by working alongside other founders to review your current discovery efforts, identify gaps, and design your next round of testing.
Come prepared with any customer discovery work you’ve already done. If you haven’t started yet, that’s okay too, we’ll create space to begin during the session.
