Topic: “Own the Shift: From Concept to Reality in Business and Career”

In today’s environment, career paths and businesses are no longer linear: they are shaped through intentional pivots, experimentation, and ownership. This session explores how women in organizations and in business can move from idea to execution while simultaneously redefining their professional identity. Through a short speech and guided discussion, participants will reflect on what it truly takes to “own the shift” and turn uncertainty into momentum.

The session will be facilitated by Anastasia Mizitova, SCP, PCC, CEO of Talent14, global speaker, and author of Your Career Your Way. She has built and leads global business initiatives, serves as SHRM faculty, and previously served on the SHRM Board at HRVA. Anastasia is also an executive coach with Blanchard, bringing a practical, real-world perspective on career growth, leadership, and transformation.
